Dominic has 15 years experience within the IT, Telecommunications and Recruitment sectors, both in the UK and here in Australia.

Prior to arriving in Australia, his successful career path included Senior sales, Managerial and Director roles covering the UK and European regions. In 2004, after selling his previous company he decided a sea-change was needed and travelled to Australia to begin a new life!

Dominic started Inspire Recruitment Group in 2006 and the success was phenomenal, achieving on average 250% growth within the first 3 years.

Post GFC Dominic is now rolling out plans to expand the company’s operations interstate with presence in 2 locations in QLD already and WA and SA to follow.

Dominic is still very much a hands on recruiter and prides himself on quality and delivery, he covers senior and C level roles within the IT, Telco, Mining and Oil & Gas markets.

Emma Hudson - Sales Manager

Emma Hudson has over 11 years’ experience within the Mining and Resources, Oil and Gas, Civils, Power, Utilities and Rail sectors.

And experience of starting up two brands within the UK market within these sectors and building relationships with some of the UK’s largest Blue chip clients Emma embarked on a new challenge in Sydney.

Using her in-depth knowledge of the industry along with a thorough understanding of recruitment practice and law.

Emma has the ability to provide a bespoke staffing solution for her clients and tailor recruitment campaigns to individual needs and requirements.

Specialising in placing blue collar personnel Australia wide and with experience of running large scale trades packages, a strong background in recruiting, managing and mentoring trades and the ability to keep large pools of candidates loyal and working is the key to success.
