Who are we looking for?
- You need at least 4 years experience from a Sales background in, Recruitment, Telemarketing, Telesales, Business Development ideally B2B sales etc
- A proven salesperson and someone that has not only 'weathered' the financial downturn, but grown in stature as well!
- A commitment to urgency and an inquisitive nature that wants to work closely and partner with our clients.
- A hunger and desire to become a top performer in your field and enjoy the rewards that comes with the status
- Good knowledge of the Australian market

What will you be doing?
- Effectively sourcing and placing candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies in your Industry Sector.
- Face to face interviewing and candidate screening
- Qualifying candidates for vacancies as briefed by our consulting team.
- Proactively managing candidate availability or temporary and permanent vacancies.
- Completion of all administrative tasks associated with recruitment activity.
Who are we looking for?
- 2 years minimum, demonstrated experience in a sales/ customer-facing role in a corporate environment
- Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong rapport building capabilities
- Ability to assimilate and disseminate information quickly and effectively
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- The desire to work with people to find out and influence their next career move
