My client is looking for a Test Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis and work on their Oracle R12.1.3 and Alesco HR/Payroll Implementation projects in Perth on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and have at least 5 years of testing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Test Lead/Test Coordinator role.
The work involves:

Preparing Test Strategy, Plans, and Schedules for Oracle and Alesco Systems

Planning Test activities for all test cycles including UAT

Coordination of all Test activities with Project teams and Business Staff

Supporting business users with test execution, raising and re-testing defects
-
Managing Defect Resolution Process

Reporting on Test Progress and Issues Resolution against projects plans

Compiling and preparing Test Result Reports
-
Liaising with project management and technical teams
-
Proactively identifying and raising test related risks and issues
Mandatory professional skills/experience required:
-
Minimum of 5 years testing experience, including working on large programmes

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Test Lead/Test Coordinator role

Experience managing teams
-
Full test life-cycle experience including test planning, estimation and reporting

Incident/defect management experience including chairing defect review meetings

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies

Strong analytical skills

Proven track record in delivering in line with business needs

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
