Who is Inspire?
Inspire Group started life as an IT and Telco specialist in September 2006, employing a vertically aligned team structure from day one. Within 3 years of operation we had revenue growth averaging 250% and appeared in the BRW magazine in late 2009 for 'Emerging Start ups'.
During the Global Downturn (over the past 3 years) we have doubled the size of our business leveraging off solid relationships with our clients. We also expanded our portfolio to include roles within the Construction and Engineering sectors.
We count some household names as part of our client base, and with the appointment of a Senior Management team we are truly in a position to thrive moving forward

Opportunity 1 Contract/BAs & PM roles across the IT space, excellent client relationships built up over a number of years.
Opportunity 2 Business Intelligence / Datawarehouse, mainly Blue Chip clients and looking to expand the base.
Opportunity 3 Mechanical and Electrical market, work alongside a Principle Recruiter. Buoyant market and ripe for someone with lots of drive and passion
Who are we looking for?
-
You need at least 4 years experience from a Sales background either in Telemarketing, Telesales, Business Development ideally B2B sales etc

A proven salesperson and someone that has not only 'weathered' the financial downturn, but grown in stature as well!

A hunger and desire to become a top performer in your field and enjoy the rewards that comes with the status
